About MLMC Direct to Consumer Platform

This program is all about supporting you, the rancher, with MLMC offering a premium for the products listed below. When you have beef processed at our facility, you’re welcome to leave the required bundle of items for us to feature you, share your story. All grain-fed beef must meet at least a Choice grade or higher through our in-house grading program to be accepted.

Each Bundle consists of 35 lbs ground beef, 1 chuck roast 3

lbs each, 2 ribeyes 16oz each, 2 kc strips 14oz each, 2 sirloins 10oz each, 1 filets 6oz each, 1/3 beef patties 5packs.

We also encourage each ranch to throw in any merchandise or promotional items to make this EXTRA fun!
